Shipping
All delivery will be made to buyer's address provided in the profile unless otherwise stated. The customer is responsible for all customs charges, taxes, and duties. Shipping is by Singapore Post Office registered mail and takes an average of 9-17 days. Please contact us if you need a faster shipping option.

Payment
All payments through PAYPAL and major credit cards are accepted as well.
Total payment = Price of items + US$2 flat shipping fee
Buyers will be responsible for additional costs such as duties, taxes and custom clearance fees.

Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with the items you received, feel free to return it for a full refund. All refund claims must be made within 7 days from receipt of product and all requests must be emailed to tansungwah@gmail.com. US$2 shipping fee is non-refundable.
